At Mycotopia, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Orders are processed in our lab within 10 business days to ensure each culture is clean and uncontaminated. Once processed, we use a rapid delivery service to get your items to you as quickly as possible. To maintain optimal conditions, we include cold packs during the summer and warm packs in the winter. For any questions or special requests, please contact our customer service team.
We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive a culture that is damaged or unacceptable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as follows:
1. Replacement: If a culture is damaged or does not meet quality standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please send us the details of the problem, and we will expedite a new one to you.
2. Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged or unacceptable culture. The refund will be processed once we receive the details of the problem.
